Monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned except when due to defect. Once placed, your order for these items cannot be cancelled.

What happens if I forget to add enough information about my custom order?

If you pay for a customized tumbler and forget to add the information needed, I will make several attempts to contact you about this. If after several unanswered messages, I will process the order without the customization and refund the customization about. If at all possible I will not delay your order longer than 7-10 days.
